Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Veloce Labs LLC ("we", "us") covering the game Zodiac Ascendant and https://zodiacascendant.com (together, the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. Who can use the Service
You must be old enough to agree to these Terms where you live, or have a parent or guardian's permission. The Service is not directed to children under 13.
2. Your account
You are responsible for your account and for keeping your password safe. Give accurate information. One person may not use accounts to cheat, and accounts may not be sold or transferred.
3. Virtual items and currencies
Astral Gems, Stardust, summons, shards and other in-game items are a limited license to use within the game. They have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money, and are not your property. We may change or rebalance game content.
4. Purchases and refunds
Purchases are made through Google Play or the Apple App Store and are subject to their terms. Refund requests go to the store where you paid, unless the law where you live gives you other rights.
5. Summons and odds
Summons give randomized items. Summon rates and guarantees are shown in the game and on the summon page. The website simulator is for fun and does not affect your game account.
6. Beta versions
Beta and TestFlight versions may contain bugs, may change without notice, and may have progress reset or removed.
7. Rules of conduct
Do not cheat, use bots or exploits, modify the client, attack the servers, harass other players, post unlawful or abusive content in chat, or impersonate others. We may moderate chat and act on violations.
8. Our content
The game, its characters, art, music, voices, story and software belong to us or our licensors. We give you a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use the Service. You keep rights in what you write in chat, and you allow us to display and moderate it to run the Service.
9. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or close accounts that break these Terms. You can stop using the Service at any time and can delete your account as described on the account deletion page. Virtual items end when an account is deleted.
10. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error free, and we may change or end features or the Service.
11. Limit of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights you have under law that cannot be waived.
12. Governing law and disputes

13. Changes
We may update these Terms and will change the date on this page. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept it.
